Peppol network passes 8,500,000 participants
Published October 30, 2026
The Peppol network had passed the 8,500,000 participant mark as of 30 October 2026, reaching a global total of 8,500,830 participants. The figure takes the network beyond another round milestone in the expansion of its participant base.
Growth concentrated in France
The network had 8,099,048 participants 30 days earlier. It added 401,782 participants over the period, representing growth of 5%.
Most of that increase came from France rather than from broadly distributed growth across the network. France added 325,978 participants and accounted for 81% of the total 30-day increase, making it the dominant source of growth during the period.
The concentration means the network-wide change was driven primarily by developments in a single country. While the global participant total rose above the threshold, France contributed the clear majority of the additions behind that movement.
Participants are distinct Peppol participant identifiers, not companies.
