Weekly report: France extends its Peppol lead as the network adds +102,916 participants

Overall network growth
From 4 October to 10 October 2026, the Peppol network grew from 8,142,406 to 8,245,322 participants. That was a net increase of +102,916 participants, or 1.3%, over seven days. Participants are distinct Peppol participant identifiers, not companies, as some countries register organisations under two identifier schemes.
Countries with the strongest growth
France extended its lead with the largest increase of the week, adding +88,661 participants, or 2%, to reach a total of 4,536,010. France remained in first place, with its ranking unchanged from last week.
Belgium remained in second place after adding +5,496 participants, equivalent to growth of 0.3%. Its total rose to 2,155,192 participants, while its ranking was unchanged.
Slovakia recorded the third-largest absolute increase, gaining +3,029 participants, or 139.9%, to bring its total to 5,194. The country climbed one position in the ranking, moving from twenty-third last week to twenty-second this week.
The United Arab Emirates was the fastest-growing country in relative terms among those with a base of at least 10,000 participants. It added +2,251 participants, an increase of 27.7%, and now has 10,380. The country moved up from nineteenth to eighteenth place.
The Netherlands added +844 participants, or 0.7%, taking its total to 117,486. It remained in seventh place, unchanged from the previous week.
